Pricing questions

What counts as a ticket?
One customer conversation, start to finish, counts as one ticket. No matter how many messages it takes. Replies to your customer follow-ups aren't billed again.
What happens if I go over my plan?
We'll let you know when you hit 80%. If you go over, additional tickets are $3 each that month. No surprise charges. We'd rather move you to the next plan and save you money.
Can I roll over unused tickets?
No. Unused tickets don't carry over. The plans are sized so most brands land within their tier each month. If you're consistently under, we'll move you down to a smaller plan.
Are there setup fees?
No setup fees, no onboarding fees. The price you see is what you pay.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly billing, no contracts. Cancel with 30 days notice so we can wrap up open tickets cleanly.
